AON Limited selects Scandent Solutions BPO arm Cambridge for Claims Management in United Kingdom
U.K. Deal Continues Cambridge’s International Expansion; Follows Recent Partnership with Standard Chartered Bank and Two Australian Contract Wins
Bangalore, India January 18, 2006: AON Limited (UK), a subsidiary of AON, the world's second largest brokerage firm, has selected Scandent Solutions Corporation Ltd. (Scandent Solutions) BPO subsidiary (*) Cambridge Integrated Services, known for its expertise in claims and loss cost management services, to administer claims processed in its offices in the United Kingdom.
As a part of the agreement with AON, Cambridge has currently dedicated 70 employees in the areas of specialty claims, APR, aviation claims, treaty, reinsurance and accounts & settlements. This number will grow over the next two years.

Cambridge 's outsourcing model pioneers a new generation of BPO which focuses on complex, knowledge-based processes like claims administration. Its unique delivery model offers a strong client-facing presence in the client's home country, combined with international operations and a leadership position in knowledge-based BPO.
In addition to this agreement, Cambridge recently formed a knowledge partnership with Scope International, a subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank, U.K., for the banking and financial sector worldwide. Cambridge was also recently awarded contracts with the New South Wales (NSW) WorkCover Authority and the Victoria WorkCover Authority in Australia to process their workers compensation claims.
