Scandent’s Albion Division Announces Human Services Contract Win in Tennessee
- Contract valued at US$ 34 Million (Rs 151 Crores) to be executed over a 3 year timeframe

Bangalore, India February 3, 2006: Albion, a division of Scandent Solutions, announces the award of a US$34M contract with the State of Tennessee 's Department of Human Services for the development and implementation of the Tennessee Vision Integration Platform (V.I.P.). The V.I.P. system will provide comprehensive automated support for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Food Stamps, Medicaid and TennCare as well as other State supported programs. The contract will be executed over a 3 years time frame.
The Albion solution is based on an implementation of its @Vantage Health and Human Services Framework, which is the selected eligibility platform in use in Massachusetts, Wyoming and Minnesota . Albion will use @Vantage to implement a solution designed for Tennessee that will provide improved client-focused service delivery, allowing Tennessee citizens to access services via the Internet, while improving operational efficiencies by streamlining business processes for the Tennessee caseworkers. The new Tennessee system will be dynamic and flexible and support ongoing program and policy changes in a manner that is timely, cost-effective and efficient.
The @Vantage product line provides a full suite of Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities for Health and Human Service (HHS) organizations.
