Cambridge Solutions Ltd. Appoints Peter J. Imbrogno as Chief Operating Officer of the US BPO Subsidiary

Bangalore, India, February 20, 2007 - Cambridge Solutions Ltd. (“Cambridge”), one of the largest knowledge-based IT and BPO firms in the world, today announced that Peter J. Imbrogno has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Cambridge Integrated Services U.S., a leading claims and loss cost management company and subsidiary of Cambridge Solutions. The announcement was made by Wesley O'Brien, president of Cambridge Integrated Services Group.

“Peter Imbrogno has a long and impressive track record in the insurance industry and in developing third party administrator business models that bring improved efficiencies to customers,” said O’Brien. “He has the background and skills to drive our quality and outcomes initiatives to new heights.”

Imbrogno’s duties will include overseeing U.S. field claims services, managed care and bill review, India claims services, vendor management, business optimization and performance analysis, and the special investigative unit.

Imbrogno’s background includes 34 years in the insurance industry and 21 years within the third party administrator (TPA) claims market. He was most recently Chief Operating Officer at Broadspire Services, Inc. where he was responsible for all operations, product delivery, account management, risk management, and managed care services. He has previously held senior level positions for Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., Marsh USA and CS Stars, LLC. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Imbrogno will be based in Cambridge’s Downers Grove, IL office.
