Scandent Solutions Ltd. Appoints Wesley O’Brien as President Of Subsidiary Cambridge Integrated Services
Greenwich, Conn. April 12, 2006: Scandent Solutions Ltd. today announced the appointment of Wesley O'Brien as President of its subsidiary, Cambridge Integrated Services, a leading claims and loss cost management company. In his new role, O'Brien will focus upon maintaining the company’s strong financial strength and competitive position, as well as continuing the innovative programs and best practices through which Cambridge has set the performance standards for the claims management industry.

O’Brien brings more than 25 years of experience in managing the high growth and operational excellence required for both start-up and blue-chip companies in domestic and international markets. O’Brien’s expertise and business acumen will also strengthen and integrate Cambridge’s human resources, financial and delivery functions.
Prior to joining Cambridge, O’Brien was President of CPR Consulting, an independent consulting firm that he founded in 2003 which specializes in identifying and cultivating operational excellence including change management, operational due diligence, internal and external marketing communications, and employee recognition.
Earlier in his career, O’Brien headed the small business unit of MCI where he served in various executive capacities, including four years as Vice President and General Manager of MCI’s $1.5 billion Small Business Division. O’Brien also served as CEO of Trescom International Corporation, an international communications and long distance company, and CEO, President and Chief Operating Officer of Precision Response Corporation, a U.S.-based customer service company with more than 15,000 service professionals worldwide. While at PRC, O’Brien transformed the organization by expanding overseas, introducing online training, developing interactive web-based service solutions and succeeding in more than doubling revenue and profitability.
O’Brien will be based at Cambridge’s U.S. headquarters in Greenwich, Connecticut.
